You only need your US passport or passport card. For visits less than 72 hours in the border zone, you do NOT need an FMM permit (unlike Los Algodones, which now requires it).

Yes, many patients use it successfully. The process: bring your claim form, we fill it out with treatment details, ADA codes, and an itemized invoice. You send it to your insurance. If your insurer accepts work performed in Mexico, they reimburse you according to your plan. We recommend confirming international coverage with your insurer before treatment.
Laboratory work (crowns, bridges, prostheses, veneers) carries a laboratory warranty. If there's an issue, we coordinate with you for review or replacement per the lab's terms. Before any treatment you sign an informed consent outlining scope and risks. We can also coordinate with your local dentist in Arizona if you need follow-up.
